Someth;ng hosts two exhibitions at Node.L

Someth;ng, the Interactive Media Art group that generated out of the Ravensbourne MA IDM course, has stablished itself as a venue for the Node.London season, hosting two exhibitions in March '06.

While some members of the group are in France taking Headspin and Midi Balls on a month long french tour, the rest are in London setting up the gallery space ready for the shows.
Traversing Territories / Ryoiki no yukiki: Tuesday 14th of March and
Potentially Someth;ng: Thursday 23rd to Sunday 26th of March

The first event, Traversing Territories / Ryoiki no yukiki, will be on Tuesday 14th of March.
The exhibition and live performance are part of the public program that Traversing Territories will have in the country.
This is a collaborative project between Nottingham Trent School of Art & Design and Musashino Art University, Tokyo. This platform for international diaologue and exhange concerning art and education allows students from opposite sides of the world to come together to share ideas and develop work through this discourse.

This one day exhibition will be open 2 pm and the live performance will start from 7.30pm onwards.

The second event, Potentially Someth;ng, will take place from the 23rd to the 26th of March. This is a initiative of Someth;ng to make a distinguished place for students work in the Node.London season. The show will feature a selection of works from different universities and college of UK. The works on show cover a variety of platforms all under the umbrella of Ditial Media and represent the future of digital art.

The opening party will start the 23rd at 7pm.

Someth;ng studios are in Islington, between Angel and Old Street tube stations.
